About Us
إِشْرَاق (ishraq) means “to make something bright” or “brightening.”
شَرَقَتِ الشَمْسُ means the “sun rose”—the sun, of course, being a means of spreading light.
Our hope (raja’) is to bring light and brightness to the hearts of people through understanding.
“…وَأَشۡرَقَتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ بِنُورِ رَبِّهَا“
“And the transformed earth dawns radiant with the light of its Lord…” (39:69)
